WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Please allow up to 4 additional business days on top of delivery times for order processing and verification. You can expect to receive your order in less than 14 days.

CURRENTLY, DUE TO COVID-19, WE ARE EXPERIENCING PROCESSING AND SHIPPING DELAYS.

Any orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, CAN I CANCEL IT?

Unfortunately once an order is submitted, changes can not be made. Please carefully review your order and read/agree to our Terms prior to completing your purchase.

I EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE THEM TO RESPOND?

Our customer service team aim to respond to your concern as quickly possible. Please allow 24-48 hours for a representative to contact you. To avoid any confusion and added volume, please include your information including order details and refrain from sending multiple emails regarding your request.

I PLACED MORE THAN ONE ORDER. CAN YOU COMBINE THEM TO ELIMINATE MULTIPLE SHIPPING COSTS?

Unfortunately, we do not merge orders. Multiple orders will be shipped separately.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Paypal and soon will be accepting Apple Pay, Google Pay and Bitcoin.

I TRIED TO PLACE AN ORDER AND MY CREDIT CARD DECLINED OR GAVE ME AN ERROR.

Please contact your financial institution or credit card company for further assistance as this error cannot be resolved on our end.

We also suggest trying a different web browser — i.e. Get you some Chrome.

WHY DO MY BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS HAVE TO MATCH?

We require that your billing and shipping address match as an additional step to prevent credit card fraud.

I PLACED AN ORDER AND RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING THE ITEM(S) WERE OUT OF STOCK.

Due to high traffic, occasionally items may be sold before our web store inventory can be adjusted. Full refunds will be issued for items we cannot fulfill. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

WHAT CURRENCY ARE YOUR PRICES IN?

Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). However a multi-currency plugin is utilized so you should see the appropriate currency as the country you are browsing from.

AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TAXES AND DUTIES ADDED TO MY ORDER?

We are not responsible for any import/customs and/or duties & taxes applied to your order. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
